Registration fees once paid are non-refundable.

Participants must report at least 45 minutes before their scheduled event.

Participants must carry their Admit Card along with a valid ID proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or School ID) for verification.

Admit cards without the seal and signature of the competent authority will not be valid for entry.

Mobile phones or unfair means are strictly prohibited during competitions.

Negative marking will be applied if two candidates obtain the same score.

Any form of misconduct may lead to disqualification.

The decision of judges and the organizing committee will be final and binding.

Requests for rechecking must be submitted within 10 days of result declaration, along with a rechecking fee of ₹1,000.

The organizing committee reserves the right to modify rules if necessary.
